WHAT IS IME*CREATE?
Under the guidance of Medical Director, Chris R. Brigham, MD, FACEOME, FAADEP,
CIME, a world renowned author and expert in IMEs, we have created an online
system that provides a whole new level of quality for IME reports. This
patent-pending technology generates customized examinee questionnaires,
examiner worksheets, and an expert report framework based upon your case
particulars (case type, injury, etc.). The system automatically includes
relevant answers from the questionnaires, sets up the various physical exam
test tables and sections for the provider's assessment, and generates the draft
report. IME*Create helps leverage the provider's expertise by setting up
the case framework and doing the mundane formatting and processing work ...
allowing him to focus on performing the examination; stating the expert opinion
and conclusions.
What are the IME*Create Essentials?
There are three main elements to the system:
-
The Case-specific and pertinent details as to the examinee, injury type, dates,
previous treatments, case questions, issues, etc.
-
The Participants-persons (administrative staff, provider, transcriptionist,
etc.) that have been designated by the case owner to have access to the case.
-
The Documents-which are generated by the system using case particulars, answers
from the examinee, clinical findings and conclusions of the provider.
How do I Enter and Manage Cases?
You or your authorized representative can enter cases online directly into the
IME*Create system, select a provider, and monitor and/or provide all
case activity. The system lets you attach medical records or any other
pertinent documents.
After a case has been entered into the system it becomes part of your "private"
case list. Subsequently, if you are handling the case yourself, you can select
a provider and monitor all case activity. You have total control over all case
participants (since you select them) and you have complete access to the system
24x7 to see the status of your case, the questionnaire, the worksheet, and the
report. At any time during the process the system lets you attach medical
records or any other pertinent documents.
What does a questionnaire look like?
The first page of an examinee questionnaire is shown below. It is a custom
online document that the examinee completes on their own, or with provider or
staff member assistance. Click
to see a sample examinee questionnaire.
What does an examiner worksheet look like?
One of the screens in a typical examiner worksheet is shown below. It guides
the provider to a complete assessment-based on case particulars and client
questions. Click to see a
sample physician worksheet.
What does a draft report look like?
One of the screens in a typical draft report is shown below. Custom formats can
be created for your reports (or you can use the IME*Create format), so that
they have a consistent "look" across all of your cases and/or providers. The
report is a fully cross-referenced document containing all of the examinee
answers, the physician's answers and findings, and of course the physician's
conclusions and answers to client questions. The report, and in fact the entire
system, is designed to achieve established industry standards.

members of IME*Create and use the system for performing services for
anyone they choose.
